In Memoriam 

Tom Sullivan Passes Away

An Ottawa Valley icon and permanent fixture in both Arnprior politics and in the business community for decades Tom Sullivan died at the age of 80 in the Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital Saturday January 14th. Sullivan worked for M. Sullivan and Son Construction founded by his grandfather Maurice Sullivan for nearly 60 years. He was legendary in Eastern Ontario's construction industry, and deeply committed to communities throughout the region. Not only did he help Sullivan become Canada's largest family-owned construction company, he's also helped guide the economic growth and success of Arnprior. The Booner family extend their warmest condolences to family and friends.

Renovations 

Here we Grow Again!

Construction has started at our main location on Algoma Rd.

We are adding 35,000 sq ft to our existing building to accommodate a new piperoom, additional storage, relocation of our sheet metal shop, a new Mondeau Showroom and pick up area. The construction is on the west side of the existing building and will be done in stages to make sure we do not disrupt customer service. The finished product will give our customers a 125, 000 sq. ft. one stop shopping for their Plumbing, HVAC, Sheet Metal, Waterworks, PVF and Showroom needs. At Boone we want to be your number one choice.

It's always surprising to us that some of our customers don't know where all of our branches are located. Boone is committed to cut your travel time when you need immediate access to product to complete your jobs. It dates back to 1994 when we opened our first branch located at 1806 Woodward Ave. We then opened our Kanata branch on Edgewater in 2003 to assure that we save you time and money in this area. We strongly believe that our role is to provide you with outstanding service by having products available no matter where you are in the city. With the addition of another 35,000 sq. ft. to our main building on Algoma, we will have the most extensive warehouse and branch network right here in Ottawa to assure same day delivery or pick up from wherever you are. We are totally committed to our customers in Ottawa and making a contribution to your success is a priority for us.

"Bonjour Boone Plumbing..." Those are the first words you hear when you call Boone Algoma. Our receptionist Caroline Rouleau is always pleasant, cheerful and happy to answer your calls or to greet you at our front reception desk. Caroline has been with Boone for over
6 years. In her spare time she enjoys dining out and dancing.

Event 

Christmas Appreciation Lunch

Join us on Thursday December 15, 2011 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at our Boone Snack Shack for a traditional feast of turkey, mashed potatoes and meat balls.

Our host for the event, J.P. Gautreau from American Standard will display innovative new products at our main counter area. Again this year, a wrapped box in front of the Snack Shack will be available for your contribution of
non-perishable food items for the Ottawa Food Bank. We will also accept cash donations to helps us make this a joyous time for someone less fortunate. All Booners would like to express gratitude to everyone for their continued support.

Renovations 

We are Renovating!

For better accessibility and customer service, we are renovating our Woodward location.

We have expanded our parking lot at the rear of the building and started to renovate the whole building. For your convenience we are adding a pick-up area with a canopy and a new sales counter.
